String Wound Filter Cartridges

String Wound Filter Cartridges are depth filtration elements produced by precisely winding yarn fibers around a rigid core. The winding pattern creates multiple layers of filtration media that effectively capture particles of different sizes throughout the depth of the cartridge.
These cartridges are available with different yarn materials such as polypropylene, cotton, polyester, and glass fiber, allowing them to be used with a wide range of process fluids. The depth filtration structure provides excellent dirt holding capacity and consistent filtration performance even in applications with high particulate loads.
String Wound Filter Cartridges are widely used in Industrial Water Treatment Systems, Chemical Processing Plants, Food and Beverage Process, and Oil Filtration Systems.
