PP Spun Filter (Meltblown) Cartridges

  • PP Spun Filter Cartridges are depth filtration cartridges manufactured using melt-blown polypropylene fibers. The fibers are thermally bonded to create a strong and uniform filtration structure without the use of adhesives or binders. This manufacturing process ensures excellent chemical compatibility and prevents contamination of the filtered fluid.
  • The filter media features a graded density structure where the outer layers capture larger particles while the inner layers remove finer contaminants. This depth filtration mechanism allows the cartridge to hold a large amount of dirt and sediment, significantly extending the service life of the filter.
  • PP Spun Filter Cartridges are widely used as sediment filters in Water Purification Systems, Reverse Osmosis pre-filtration, Industrial Process Filtration, and Municipal Water Treatment applications.
