PP Pleated Filter Cartridges

PP Pleated Filter Cartridges are manufactured using high-quality polypropylene membrane media that is pleated to create a large filtration surface area within a compact cartridge design. The pleated construction significantly increases the available filtration area compared to standard depth filters, resulting in higher flow rates, improved filtration efficiency, and reduced pressure drop.
These cartridges are constructed using thermally bonded polypropylene components, ensuring excellent chemical compatibility eliminating the need for adhesives or binders that could contaminate the filtered fluid. The all-polypropylene construction provides outstanding resistance to a wide range of acids, bases, and industrial chemicals, making these cartridges suitable for demanding filtration environments.
PP Pleated Filter Cartridges are widely used in liquid filtration systems where high purity and consistent filtration performance are required. They are commonly used as pre-filters in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, reverse osmosis systems and process water filtration industries where reliable particle removal and long service life are essential.
